About Us
He Cares Mission Streetchildren Caring Center Inc. is a Christian non-profit organization in the Philippines dedicated to serving poor and vulnerable street children and families. We provide food, clothing, education, medical assistance, and spiritual support to help them build a brighter future.

Mission Areas
We currently serve children and families in Quezon City, Montalban, Bulacan, and Bacolod, Philippines.
● Quezon City – Our main office and central hub of operations. This is where we run weekly feeding programs, youth formation, and educational support for children. It also serves as the base for our medical outreach, family assistance, livelihood support, and spiritual formation activities.
● Bulacan – A sustainable farm project that provides food for the local community and for children in our weekly feeding programs. It also offers shelter for the poorest families, livelihood opportunities for parents, and a peaceful space for prayer, healing, and encountering God.
● Bacolod – We serve children and families through weekly feeding parties, spiritual formation and guidance, and educational support to help children stay in school and grow in faith and confidence.
● Montalban – Our mission includes weekly feeding programs and educational support, helping children receive proper nourishment while continuing their studies.
Programs & Services
Our programs are designed to provide opportunities that are spiritual, fun, social, developmental and educational which offer a variety of engaging activities for the beneficiaries after their routine of life with unfavorable or traumatic experiences.
1. Balik-Loob sa Diyos (Back to God): Nurtures children and families in their faith through prayer, worship, and spiritual formation activities.
2. Balik-Kalusugan (Back to Health): Promotes well-being through medical check-ups, weekly feeding parties, and fellowship in the community.
3. Balik-Aral (Back to School): Supports children’s education by providing school essentials and allowances through sponsorship.
4. Balik-Hanapbuhay (Back to Work): Equips families with skills training and livelihood support to build long-term self-sufficiency.
5. Balik-Bahay (Back to Family): Provides safe housing and sustainable livelihood opportunities for street families at The Promised Land farm.
