Tahanan Ng Pagmamahal
Bright Future for Orphaned Children
Mai-mai (not her real name), 4 years old, hungry and terrified, was found by a barangay tanod wandering aimlessly in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
DSWD brought her to her to the Tahanan ng Pagmamahal orphanage after failing to locate her parents and relatives.
Now a healthy, fun-loving 7 year old girl, Mai-mai is very much at home with other Tahanan kids and the staff. She even goes to the nearby pubic school and is doing well in her subjects.
Mai-mai finally found a home. A caring, lovng and compassionate home.
The Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home Inc. is a shelter for children in need of special protection particularly the orphaned, abandoned, neglected, foundling and surrended, aged 0-8 years old.
Planning for the orphanage began in 2006 when a group of friends was moved by the sight of thousands of streetkids roaming the city. These kids live and sleep in the sidewalks, under fly-overs and bridges, etc.
It is one of Bro. Bo Sanchez ministries for the poorest of the poor, completely dependent on God’s providence for its daily operation .
